Enter the desired PDB below. If you would like to specify particular chains, the chain identifiers may be appended to the PDB ID, where "_" matches the empty chain ID (space). For example, 5TIMAB would search for chains A and B in the PDB entry 5TIM. If no chains are specified explicitly, the search retrieve all chains for the given PDB ID.
