We have made arrangements with the following two local hotels for accommodations during the conference. The Comfort Suites is located within a short walking distance of the Hunter Henry Center, while the Hilton Garden Inn is a 5 minute drive away. Both hotels have ample parking.
Note that lodging is included in the cost of student registration, and students do not need to make a reservation separately. Student hotel information will be emailed to attendees as the conference approaches. Faculty and non-students making hotel reservations should indicate that that are with the Mississippi Regional Biophysical Consortium when making their reservations.
The Comfort Suites is located within a 10 minute walk from the conference venue
and is convenient to several Starkville restaurants and the downtown area. In
addition to a complementary breakfast, all rooms include free wifi, flat screen
TVs, and minifridges. Rooms at the Comfort Suite include a complimentary breakfast.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a short (5 minute) drive away from the
conference venue, and is conveniently located along Highway 12 just outside of town.
Rooms include free wifi, and amenities include flat
screen TVs and a workout facility. Tuesday's banquet will be held at the Hilton
Garden Inn. Rooms at the Hilton do not include breakfast, but the buffet is offered
at a reduced cost.
