We anticipate that most conference participants will travel to MSU by car, but those staying at the Comfort Suites can simply walk accross to campus via a pedestrian bridge. However, other parking and travel options are also available, as described below.

For those registrants staying at the LaQuinta or traveling to the conference locally, you will be
given a parking permit free of charge upon check-in. According to University policy all vehicles
parked on MSU campus, day or night, must display a current MSU parking permit. For more

The Golden Triangle Regional Airport (IATA Code: GTR) is approximately 15 miles east of Mississippi State University and is serviced by Delta Airlines with all connections going through Atlanta, GA. The next-closest major airports are in Birgmingham, AL, and Jackson, MS.
TThe GTR Airport is home to three rental car agencies including Avis, Hertz and Enterprise.
Taxi and limo service is also available.
