Registration has now closed. While we may still be able to accommodate additional participants, interested students and faculty should contact Nick Fitzkee directly at ncf43@msstate.edu.edu. You will need to remove the extra “.edu” from the end.
Note that we have already made room reservations, so students traveling from out of town may be responsible for their own accommodations in addition to their registration costs.
Registration costs are listed in the table below. As a student, part of the registration process will ask you about roommate preferences, and your hotel room is included as part of your registration. You will receive further instructions as the conference approaches. As a faculty member or industry participant, a portion of your registration is used to subsidize student lodging costs, and you must reserve your own hotel room. Our preferred hotels are listed on the Lodging Page.

For both students and faculty, registration includes dinner on May 23rd and 24th, lunch on May 25th, and cofee breaks throughout the conference. Breakfast is included as part of our arrangements with the conference hotels.
